Residents FAQ

BT or Zen Internet can provide fibre broadband to homes on GWP, ADSL type broadband is available from other Internet Service Providers (ISP) however GWP is quite a distance from the BT Exchange in Didcot so expect slow speeds on this type of broadband product.

Residents have experienced issues speaking to the right department at BT when trying to order Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) however there is a dedicated team at BT and they can be contacted on 0800 587 4787

There are currently two bus services in GWP, both are provided by Thames Travel.

The 98 runs Monday through to Saturday, please note it does not run on a Sunday.

Until the adoption process is complete, you can report any such issues to the Customer Services of the lead developer, Taylor Wimpey.

The Centre booking is currently managed by South and Vale District Council (SODC), so booking will be conducted during the usual Council hours and there is no booking or availability website at this stage.
