Residents FAQ

This is a work in progress so please contact the Residents’ Association if you have any further information residents would find helpful.

As it currently stands only BT can provide fibre broadband to homes on GWP, ADSL type broadband is available from other Internet Service Providers (ISP) however GWP is quite a distance from the BT Exchange in Didcot so expect slow speeds on this type of broadband product.

Residents have experienced issues speaking to the right department at BT when trying to order Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) however there is a dedicated team at BT and they can be contacted on 0800 587 4787
